Exhale with Elle is led by Certified Yoga Teacher Elle Miller-Randolph, who offers restorative, trauma-informed yoga experiences designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect the body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in the belief that we don’t use our bodies to get into a pose; we use the pose to get into our bodies -Elle’s teaching blends breathwork, gentle movement, and mindful awareness to support healing, balance, and present-moment connection.
Her classes are welcoming to students of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experience levels, creating a supportive space where every body can pause, restore, and reconnect with themselves.
